		<description>Oh without question, this is a very valid reason as well, but from my 10 year observation of the growth of the Caribbean Web, I believe that Caribbean startups also lack the marketing funds and in some cases the vision to drive hard to become household name. I've seen too many great ideas come and falter because of lack of funding as we lack a venture and angel funding culture in most of the Caribbean.</description>

		<description>I would guess that this happens because the Jamaican/Caribbean audience that they are targeting actually resides outside of Jamaica/Caribean, has more disposable income and has more ready access tp Internet technology.</description>
